I offer supportive, non-judgmental and attentive help to those who place their trust in me. Here, you can be your true self without wearing a mask or trying to meet others' expectations. By actively listening and fostering a safe environment, I aim to help you step away from the stresses of everyday life. I believe it is a far more powerful form of help than offering unsolicited advice.
I invite you to contact me if you’re having trouble moving past a particular situation, if you feel stuck, or if you simply don’t have anyone with whom you can share your concerns in a meaningful way. Perhaps something is weighing on you and you’d like to devote some time to yourself, or you’d like to make a change but don’t feel you have the strength to do it alone. In our conversations, I don’t act as an analyst or a traditional advisor; rather, I accompany and support my clients on their journey.

To arrange an appointment, please email me at eszter.ronay@pm.me.
We can have a session via Skype, Messenger, Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime; or in person in Zürich.
About me

My name is Eszter Ronay, and I am a mental health counsellor and family constellation practitioner. Learning, self-awareness, personal growth, and continuous education have always been very important to me. Connecting with people and providing support and help has infused my whole life. I also have a high level of empathy, which enables me to truly understand and feel what others may be going through.
In terms of my education, I initially trained as an economist and spent many years working for multinational companies in various roles, including leadership positions. Throughout my career, it was always important to me that my team members and colleagues felt supported, had opportunities for personal development, and experienced a positive work environment. My primary concern was ensuring those around me were doing well—mentally and emotionally. I learned a great deal from workplace conflicts and was eager to take part in finding effective solutions. This desire led me to complete training in Family and Organizational Constellations, where I acquired solution-focused tools. Ever since, I have believed that striving for solutions is more beneficial than dwelling on the past.
A personal crisis later prompted me to change both my profession and the country I lived in. I went on to complete a holistic psychological counseling program in Switzerland, where the focus is on the person as a whole. Rather than analyzing problems at length, the emphasis is on discovering solutions. Over the course of my life, I have moved abroad several times, often having to rebuild my social life from scratch—an experience that has helped me develop psychological resilience and adaptability.
I also place great importance on empathy. I believe it’s not enough to simply understand something intellectually; for real transformation, we must feel it and experience it physically as well.
The method
I studied holistic psychological counselling at the Swiss IKP Institute. The IKP is based on scientifically recognised Gestalt therapy, with a holistic approach that emphasises the integration of mind, body and emotions.
Besides counselling and analytical conversations, I apply a variety of techniques, especially emotion- and feeling centered approaches, including body work, role dialogues, creative tools, relaxation techniques, problem-solving skill development, and visual exercises.
The work primarily takes place in the "here and now," and does not necessarily involve deep psychotherapy. Instead, the focus is on finding inner balance and improving quality of life. This method allows the integration of psychological, bodily, and interpersonal experiences, helping individuals gain new perspectives on problems and cope with the challenges of daily life.
